The Importance of Real Estate Septic Inspection | Bynum & Sons Plumbing, Inc.

In my previous article, I explained the importance of real estate septic inspection. In that article, I also discussed the importance of choosing a qualified inspection company that is willing to take the time to discuss the inspection in detail. I encourage you to read that article and re-read the next one because it will be of great help to you in deciding whom to hire for your septic inspection. If you already have an inspection report that is favorable to you then you are in the position of being able to choose the inspector or real estate company that you prefer.

I believe that it is important to remember that the real estate septic inspection industry is a competitive industry. There are many real estate agents who are willing to guarantee their work and only offer the lowest price. If you are a new seller, you are in the position of having to choose between the best and the cheapest price. In my personal opinion, I would recommend that if you do have a real estate septic inspection done then you should stick with the more expensive company unless you really feel that they can meet all of your needs. When the real estate agent is suggesting a price that is much lower than what other real estate agents in your area are charging, there is a very good chance that something is wrong and you need to have your septic system inspected.

If you are working with a real estate agent who has recommended a company that he feels is too expensive, then you can be sure that you will not receive the highest level of customer service. This does not mean that the real estate agent is trying to get you to buy anything. It just means that the real estate agent feels that his company has enough credibility to recommend it. I recommend that you always meet with the real estate agent before you sign any contracts and/or when you are close to signing a contract.

One of the most important things that the real estate agent will want to share with you is information on how to save money on your real estate septic system. However, this is not always easy to do. For example, if you have a home that is located outside of a large city, then the city will not likely charge you as much as if you had placed your house in a small city. One way to save money is to check and see if the real estate agent is willing to offer you a discount for scheduling your inspection before you have your system installed. This could save you thousands over the life of the system.

A real estate septic company is also going to tell you that your new property is “fully tested” upon purchase. However, if you have a leak in your current property, the real estate agent may lie to you about the condition of the home. When this occurs, there is no longer any excuse to not have a full septic tank replacement. As a matter of fact, once you have experienced an unsuccessful septic installation, there is no excuse for the real estate agent to ever suggest that you consider doing it yourself.

In addition, you should be informed about what kinds of treatment systems are available for your particular situation. Not all wastewater treatment systems work. If you choose one that does not work, you will simply be paying additional costs for a service that you will not need. However, by making sure you have the right product for your situation, you can avoid these extra expenses. For example, if you have extremely high levels of bacteria in your wastewater, simple sanitary treatment may not be enough to protect your home. In this case, you will need to have a larger sanitary tank installed to protect your home from the continued spread of bacteria.
